The meeting was organized in person for the first time since the beginning of the project.
Representatives of the PP5 - Olive Growers Association “Boka” couldn’t attend in person and Ms. Vesna Đukić was connected online.
At the beginning of the meeting, introductory words were given by the organizer, PP2 – Croatian Chamber of Economy, Ms Maja Mladineo followed by LP - City of Mostar, Ms Amela Sjekirica-Suljić.
Steering Committee decisions:
- Del T1.1.1. Questionnaire for mapping design – The questionnaire with the changes made will be delivered to partners by 15th July. It has been decided that 20-30 olive stakeholders are going to be mapped for each country.
- Del T1.3.1. Knowledge transfer training - It has been concluded that that the first workshop is going to be held at the beginning of October for two days at the end of the week. It is going to be possible to attend the theoretical part online. The dominating topic is going to be harvest and processing of olives and the secondary topic is going to be decided after consultations within PP3.
- Del D.C.1.2. Visual identity of COOPeR project – Final corrections are going to be done and sent to Ms. Tina Pahić, Communication manager of the project and Ms. Amela Sjekirica-Suljić, representative of the LP.
- Del D.C.2.2. Posters, Del D.C.2.3. Event flyers, Del D.C.2.4. Roll-ups – Upon receiving the book ofgraphic standards PP4 is going to launch the tender for the procurement of promotional materials.
